(کرافت،1372،صص4-61)<br /> <br /> آفریقای جنوبی در روابط خارجی خود در منطقه به خصوص با زیمبابوه با احتیاط کامل عمل می کند و در برابر موگابه رئیس جمهور زیمبابوه هر چند در ظاهر امر روابط بسیار خوبی دارد ولی به دلایل داخلی و بین الملل چاره ای جز رعایت برخی روش ها از جمله سکوت سیاسی ندارد.(Acharya Amitav,2014:76)</div>
