text-decoration: none;">مدرسه اوراتپه </ins>و <ins style="font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none;">از سال 1916 در مدرسه دیوان‌بیگی </ins>بخارا <ins style="font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none;">تحصیل نمود. پس از انقلاب اکتبر تا سال 1920 مدیر شعبه معارف خلق اوراتپه بود. اشعار پیش از انقلاب او در سال 1917 در تاشکند به چاپ رسید. ملا ادریس‌خواجه استروشنی متخلص به راجی در خانواده ملانبیره ‌خواجه که مردی فاضل و شاعر </ins>و <ins style="font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none;"> با تخلص توفیق شعر می‌گفت، در سال 1880 دیده </ins>به <ins style="font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none;">جهان گشود</ins>. <ins style="font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none;">به گفته [[صدرالدین عینی]] «او از مقتدرترین معاصران خود بود&lt;ref&gt;عینی، صدرالدین (1926). نمونه ادبیات تاجیک. سمرقند: نشریات مرکز خلق جماهیر شوروی، ص 310.&lt;/ref&gt;». او از شاعران معروف زمان خود </ins>بود و در سال <ins style="font-weight: bold;
