1. زمينهسازي به منظور انعقاد قراردادهاي فرهنگي جمهوري اسلامي ايران و پيگيري و اجراي موافقتنامههاي فرهنگي ايران با ديگر كشورها،<br />
<br />
2. معرفي تمدّن و فرهنگ اسلامي وايراني و تبيين سياستهاي جمهوري اسلامي ايران،<br />
<br />
3. تبادلات علمي و دانشگاهي، تأسيس و تقويت كرسيهاي زبان و ادبيات فارسي در دانشگاههاي كشورهاي ميزبان، ايجاد كتابخانه كتب فارسي براي ايرانيان و فارسي دوستان خارج از كشور و پشتيباني كتابخانههاي ملّي كشورهاي ميزبان درخصوص كتابها و منابع اسلامي و ايراني،<br />
<br />
4. داير كردن دورههاي آموزشي در زمينه مهارتهاي فرهنگي، هنري و صنايع دستي،<br />
<br />
5. برگزاري مراسم ملّي و مذهبي و يادبود و بزرگداشت شخصيتهاي علمي و فرهنگي مشترك،<br />
<br />
6. ارتباط با سازمانها و مؤسسات ميراث فرهنگي جهت همكاريهاي دوجانبه بهويژه همكاري جهت حفظ، نگهداري و فهرستبرداري از نسخ خطّي،<br />
<br />
7. برگزاري همايشها، سمينارها و نمايشگاههاي مختلف همچون نمايشگاه قرآن، تذهيب، كتاب، نقّاشي، خط، آثار تجسّمي، عكس، صنايع دستي و معرفي جاذبههاي جهانگردي و مراكز تاريخي ايران،<br />
<br />
8. برگزاري هفتههاي فيلم و هفتههاي فرهنگي، متناسب با شأن و مقام انقلاب اسلامي ايران که با برنامههاي متنوّعي از جمله اجراي موسيقيهای سنّتي و محلّي ايران، نمايش فيلمهاي ايراني، جلسات و همايشهاي كارشناسي با حضور هنرمندان كشور ميزبان، انعكاس دستاوردهاي انقلاب اسلامي از طريق رسانههاي محلّي و برگزاري انواع نمايشگاههاي فرهنگی و هنری، تدارك ديده ميشود.<br />

9. ايجاد پُرتال و پايگاههاي اينترنتي در نمايندگيهاي فرهنگي و فعاليتهاي رسانهاي جهت اطّلاعرساني و تبيين مواضع نظام و تشريح دستاوردهاي انقلاب اسلامي ايران و همچنين معرفي فرهنگ و تمدّن اسلام و ایران (2013 ,icro.ir/index.aspx?siteid=32272&pageid=261)<br />

اسامی برخی از نم ایندگان فرهنگی جمهوری اسلامی ایران ، که در سه دهه اخیر، بهعنوان رایزن یا وابسته فرهنگی کشورمان به جمهوری سودان، اعزام شده اند، به شرح زیر است:<br />
