<p>صفحه‌ای تازه حاوی «نيروي فضايي، نوع اصولاً جديد نيروهاي مسلح است كه مخصوص تأمين امنيت فدراسيون روسيه در زمينه فضايي است. وظايف اين نيرو به صورت ذيل تعيين شده است: اخطار از حمله موشكي و انتقال اين اطلاعات به رياست عالي نظامي-سياسي كشور، پدافند ضدموشكي مسكو، ايجا...» ایجاد کرد</p> <p><b>صفحهٔ تازه</b></p><div>نيروي فضايي، نوع اصولاً جديد نيروهاي مسلح است كه مخصوص تأمين امنيت فدراسيون روسيه در زمينه فضايي است. وظايف اين نيرو به صورت ذيل تعيين شده است: اخطار از حمله موشكي و انتقال اين اطلاعات به رياست عالي نظامي-سياسي كشور، پدافند ضدموشكي مسكو، ايجاد، گسترش و نگهداري دسته جهازهاي فضايي نظامي، دو منظوره و نيز اجتماعي-اقتصادي و علمي در مدار فضايي زمين. روز 1 ژوئن سال 2001 صفحه جديدي در تاريخچه نيروهاي مسلح فدراسيون روسيه باز شد. مطابق با فرمان  رئيس جمهور فدراسيون روسيه  مورخ 24 مارس 2001 و بر اساس تصميم شوراي امنيت فدراسيون روسيه مورخ 6 فوريه 2001، نيروي فضايي تشكيل شد. علت ايجاد اين نيرو، رشد  نقش مجتمع‌هاي فضايي ملي در تأمين اطلاعاتي فعاليت نيروهاي مسلح روسيه است. اين نيرو، عنصر مهم تحكيم دفاع و امنيت كشور است. معيار تشكيل نيروي واحد فضايي اين بود كه همه واحدهاي مشغول پرتاب موشكها، اداره جهازهاي فضايي، اخطار از جمله موشكي، كنترل فضاي كيهاني و دفاع ضدموشكي بودند که در فضاي كيهاني فعاليت مي كنند. نيروي فضايي نه تنها مسايل بزرگ نظامي-دولتي را حل مي كند بلكه با اكثر وزارتخانه‌ها و نهادهاي غيرنظامي همكاري مي كند. استفاده از نيروي فضايي به عنوان يكي از مهمترين عوامل  امنيت سياسي، نظامي و اقتصادي كشور تلقي مي‎شود. همانطور كه در فوق اشاره شد، نيروي فضايي در ژوئن سال 2001 تشكيل شد. اين تصميم به علت  نتايج منفي تشكيل نيروي واحد بزرگ موشكي استراتژيكي  گرفته شد.  به همين دليل رياست كشور تصميم گرفت واحدهاي فضايي را از نيروي موشكي جدا كرده و به نيروي جداگانه‌اي تبديل كند.  سپهبد آناتولي پرمينوف  طي فرمان رئيس جمهور روسيه مورخ 28 مارس 2001به مقام فرمانده اين نيروي جديد منصوب شد. در اكتبر سال 2002 طي فرمان رئيس جمهور روسيه “روز نيروي فضايي” معرفي شد كه هر سال به تاريخ 4 اكتبر برگزار مي‎شود. در سال 2004  در چارچوب آكادمي نظامي-فضايي به نام موژايسكي، انستيتوي نظامي  راديو الكترونيكي نيروي فضايي به نام مارشال ساويتسكي (شهر پوشكين، منطقه لنينگراد) ايجاد شد. در سال‎هاي 2002 و 2003 بسياري از مراسم پرتاب موشكها توسط نيروي فضايي روسيه با حضور ولاديمير پوتين رئيس جمهور فدراسيون روسيه برگزار شد(Moscow Defense Brief, 2010-1012, 20-26 ).</div>
